Liability

The company STS is a service provider according to § 7 para. 1 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG) for its own content, which it makes available for use. Liability for damages of a material or non-material nature caused by the use of the contents is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. STS is not responsible for the content of external websites that it makes accessible within its offer through hyperlinks, in accordance with the regulations of § 8 of the German Digital Services Act.

Copyright and labelling law

The responsible parties endeavour to observe the copyrights of the graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts created by themselves or to use licence-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts.

All the information mentioned on the website and, where applicable, the websites of third parties are the property of their respective owners.
